COE Bidding Results (6 March 2019)
COE premiums in Category A closed higher at $26,309, up from $26,301. Premiums in this category are meant for cars that are 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp.
Also closing higher were premiums in Category B. In the latest round, the premiums closed around $1,500 more at $36,961.
Open category COEs, which can be used for any vehicle type but end up being used mainly for large cars, rose to S$37,620 from S$36,667.
There were a total of 6,423 bids were received, with a quota of 4,431 COEs available.
