COE Bidding Results (3 Jul 2019)

For Category A cars, or those 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp, premiums closed at $28,589, up from $26,999 in the last exercise.

Premiums for larger and more powerful cars in Category B fell to $34,000 from $35,906.

Also dropping were COEs for commercial vehicles, going down to $25,089 from $25,501 in the previous bidding exercise.

Additionally, Open category COEs fell to $36,901 from $39,400. COE premiums in this category can be used for any vehicle type but end up being used mainly for large cars,

There were a total of 5,498 bids were received but only a quota of 4,243 COEs available.
