Kitchen by Food Rebel offers locally produced, organic health food aimed at improving the well-being of their customers. They believe that people should know how their food is produced, the impact food has on our bodies. Located in the heart of Singapore CBD, the restaurant was established by Elika Mather. Just because Kitchen by Food Rebel has your health in mind, you should not expect the place to only serve salads. The restaurant actually has a good selection on their menu, including the Zoodle Bolognese ($17), Slow Roast Beef ($18), and The Rebel Chicken Burger ($21). All menu items at the restaurant are preservative-free. While the prices are on the high side, this is expected since organic food does not come cheap.

Kitchen by Food Rebel is located along Stanley Street, Telok Ayer, Singapore. They are open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

The 100AM Mall location is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM from Monday to Friday and 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
