In the latest COE Bidding Results (20 Nov 2019), COE premiums closed mixed. The biggest change came in premiums for Category A! Check them out below.

For Category A cars, or those 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp, premiums closed at $32,000, seeing a $2,000 increase as compared to the last exercise.

However, COE premiums for larger and more powerful cars in Category B fell to $39,700 from $40,009.

Also falling were COE premiums for commercial vehicles, which include goods vehicles and buses. Premiums in this category fell by $890, closing at $24,502, from $25,392 in the previous bidding exercise.

Open category COEs, which can be used for any vehicle type but end up being used mainly for large cars, rose to $40,889 from $40,101.

There were a total of 4,808 bids received, but a quota of only 3,452 COEs available.
