Carro leads online live selling by launching special Chinese New Year car deals exclusively on Qaibo

SINGAPORE, 22 JANUARY 2021  This Chinese New Year, Carro – Southeast Asia’s largest automotive marketplace – is embracing the mantra ‘out with the old, in with the new’ by partnering with Qiuqiu, a Singaporean lifestyle blogger and influencer, to offer exclusive Chinese New Year car deals on Facebook live selling platform Qaibo. This partnership is made possible by Gushcloud International, a global digital talent management company that manages Qaibo, and represents Carro’s commitment to digitising the car buying experience.

On Friday 22 January 2021, 10pm (SGT), Qiuqiu will host a special Facebook Live session on the Qaibo Facebook page. The one and a half-hour-long event will see Qiuqiu take viewers through live tours for six cars, including MPVs, SUVs and sedans provided by Carro, giving viewers a first-hand view of the features and specifications of each vehicle.

The highlight will be the special Chinese New Year deals for cars that Qiuqiu will announce exclusively on the live show, providing an opportunity for interested buyers to snap up the cars they want at great prices. Viewers can also collect the car in time for the Chinese New Year festivities. Lastly, three lucky viewers will win a free car servicing at a Carro Care workshop worth S$68.

This is Carro’s second foray into live selling after their partnership with online shopping show Haikel’s House of Deals, where they made history by selling a Toyota Wish within an 85-minute Facebook Live show on 11.11. Some 4,744 unique viewers tuned in to the livestream to watch as local influencers gave viewers a close look at four cars available on Carro.
