Promotion T&Cs

1. Trusty Cars Ltd and Republic Auto Pte Ltd are the organisers of this campaign promotion.
2. Conditions for eligibility: (1) Open to individuals aged 18 and above; (2) Must purchase a car from Carro or Republic Auto during the campaign period; (3) Employees within the Trusty Cars Ltd group and Jardine Matheson group and their immediate family members are ineligible.
3. Campaign Period: 9–13 January 2025. All purchases made within this period qualify.
4. Lucky draw prizes range from a value of $8 to $2,888.
5. Lucky draw prizes will be awarded randomly, and Carro’s decision on allocation is final. This is an instant lottery, where customers will enter the lucky draw upon making a deposit for their car and will draw one ping pong ball with a number corresponding to a prize on our prize list at the Carro showroom. Customers who also purchase a Carro Care package will be entitled to an additional draw.
6. Customers may not take home the prizes immediately; they can receive their prize either (1) 5 days after handover or (2) after the car ownership transfer.
7. Prize Redemption: (1) Prizes must be claimed immediately upon acceptance of car ownership transfer; (2) Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable; (3) Substitutions may be made for items of equivalent value if necessary.
8. If unclaimed for 30 days, prizes will be forfeited. 
9. Conduct of Draw: (1) The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently; (2) Participants found violating the terms may be disqualified.
10. Campaign promotion is only available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

1. Carro’s decision on any matter relating to this promotional campaign is final and binding on all participating customers. Any matters not covered in these terms and conditions will be solely determined by Carro.

7. Campaign promotion is only applicable for purchases with financing and insurance obtained through Carro.
8. Campaign promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or discounts and is not valid with other promotions.
9. All purchases made during the campaign must be handed over and ownership transfer completed within 35 days from the date of deposit.
