While there are several factors affecting the sale of your car, they are generally sold within 30 days. Should your car not be sold within that time frame, there is the option to engage our extended service – Carro Express.

    • Q2: Are there any hidden fees?

      Transparency in the market is something that we strongly believe in. There will be no fees incurred till the sale is successful. Success fee is $250 or 0.5% of the transacted price whichever is higher.

      Should you have an existing loan that requires our assistance to settle, there will be a full settlement fee of $200 or 0.5% of the full settlement figure quoted by the finance company whichever is higher.

      After indicating your interest to sell, we will contact you shortly with a price analysis and proceed to schedule an appointment and have photos of your car taken.
