  1. This giveaway / lucky draw (“Contest” / “Lucky Draw” / “Giveaway” / “Promotion”) is organized by CARRO Singapore.
  2. Participation in the Giveaway / Lucky Draw / Contest is subject to the Giveaway / Lucky Draw / Contest Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Giveaway / Lucky Draw / Contest is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations, and modifications thereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant. Amendments to the T&Cs will be posted on this webpage.
  3. By entering the Giveaway / Lucky Draw / Contest, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these T&Cs may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Giveaway / Lucky Draw / Contest, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn, or reclaimed.
  4. The Participant affirms the accuracy of all information provided at the time of Giveaway / Lucky Draw / Contest entry. Any misrepresentation of any fact or particulars will result in disqualification and/or the forfeiture, withdrawal, or reclaiming of any prizes won.
  5. Carro reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the prizes offered without notice to the participants.
  6. Carro will hold the Giveaway / Lucky Draw / Contest on and at the advertised date, time, and venue and by the mode (manually or electronically) as advertised, but reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to conduct the Giveaway / Lucky Draw / Contest by another mode in such circumstances as Carro may deem appropriate.
  7. Carro will contact all “Winners” and would require said winners to provide acknowledgment. In the event that the “Winner” fails to provide an acknowledgment, the prize will be re-rolled/cascaded down to the next “Winner”.
  8. There will be 3 instalments to CARRO’s Super Huat Guide Giveaway / Lucky Draw / Contest. Each Giveaway / Lucky Draw / Contest will end on 30 January, 6 February and 13 February 2021.
  9. Winners for CARRO’s Super Huat Guide Giveaway / Lucky Draw / Contest will be announced on 15 February 2021.
  10. There will be no deadline extension given for CARRO’s Super Huat Guide Giveaway / Lucky Draw / Contest unless otherwise stated.
  11. The requirements for the CARRO’s Super Huat Guide Giveaway / Lucky Draw / Contest have been stated on CARRO’s Super Huat Guide Giveaway / Lucky Draw / Contest post. Failure to follow these requirements will result in an automatic disqualification.
  12. The prizes may not be resold or redeemed for cash.
  13. Carro reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges or terms and conditions without notice.
